We do not reduce quality to one universal number. The relevant parameters depend on the material function, processing route and the customer’s acceptance criteria.
Industrial Mineral Powders
Review may include particle-size distribution, moisture, mineral consistency, handling behaviour and other properties relevant to filling, surface quality or processing.
Magnesium-Based Materials
Control priorities may include composition, particle characteristics, moisture, activity or reactivity and the behaviour required by the intended formulation.
Masterbatch Solutions
Carrier compatibility, concentration, dispersion, pellet condition and processing behaviour are reviewed against the polymer and manufacturing route.
