Production process
Air-Cooled Pelletising
Production uses air-cooled pelletising. Compatibility depends on the supplied carrier, additive or filler system, required concentration and finished-pellet specification.
We manufacture to customer-established formulations; we do not provide formulation development.
Commercial Conditions
Packaging, MOQ and lead time depend on the approved formulation and quantity.
Export terms: EXW and FOB, with CIF quotations available upon request.
Practical technical review
Agree a measurable colour reference
Use a physical sample or defined colour standard together with the base resin, dosage, sample thickness and surface finish. Photographs and screens do not provide a controlled colour acceptance condition.

- Production formulation
- Provide the established pigment and carrier system and permitted ingredient substitutions.
- Article assessment
- Check dispersion, streaks, opacity or transparency, and colour in the actual moulded or extruded article.
